Freestone Lodge Wedding | Karen & Tom

bride and groom toast with champagne after Freestone Lodge wedding

Karen and Tom had the most beautiful fall Freestone Lodge wedding day in Heber City, Utah. With their friends and family surrounding them, they celebrated the start of the newest chapter of their lives together in the great outdoors.

Freestone Lodge Wedding

The newlyweds planned a wedding day that was both intimate and not all at once. They chose to have a small ceremony and then welcomed their friends and more family to celebrate their nuptials afterwards back at the lodge. I loved how they were able to have both a quieter ceremony and larger celebration. It was SO much fun!

Karen and Tom decided to have their ceremony by the steam on the property at the Freestone Lodge. It was absolutely breathtaking. With a simple rustic altar covered in flowers and a log bench to sit on, they tied the knot in the gorgeous outdoors. After their ceremony, it was time to party! We all headed back to the main lodge for their reception (with a live band, heck yes!). One thing I truly love about Karen and Tom is how much they care about everyone else. During their wedding reception, Karen had planned to have a birthday cake made for one of her dear friends! It was so special and truly shows their hearts.

Congratulations, Karen and Tom! Your day was truly beautiful – a wonderful fall inspired celebration of your nuptials. I’m so honored I was there and able to be a part of it. I wish you two nothing but the best!
