Although I photograph a lot of Las Vegas weddings and elopements, I always have a special place for family sessions in my heart. At the end of the day, love is at the center of everything I do. Love for your partner, for your children, for your fur babies. And capturing some of my favorite Las Vegas families is always a great time. With holiday cards getting ready to roll out, I had some sessions in Mt Charleston this year with some great families. The Moreno Family was one of them and I loved every minute of their mountainy family photos this fall.
Mt Charleston Family Portraits
Meet the Moreno Family: Amy and Eric, Colt, Camie and their dog, Mila. I met up with them in Kyle Canyon for some great outdoor fall family portraits this year. We lucked out with a beautiful sunset as we explored some of the canyon together capturing their photos. To me, family portraits should be relaxed and full of whatever makes your family unique. If that means funny faces, silly poses, and walks with the dog, I’m in.
I loved watching the Morenos loosen up and get some natural smiles out there as the session went on. There were so many hugs and lots of laughs by the time we were done. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. And can we talk about Mila?! How absolutely CUTE is she? She loved being the center of attention for a few photos! What a beautiful dog!
