Lindsay and Justin’s gorgeous micro wedding was at the Oasis at Death Valley in California and let me tell you, their day was just INCREDIBLE! They chose to elope this year, with everything going on, and it turned out to be the perfect day. When I started talking to Lindsay and Justin, I quickly learned that creating beautiful, artistic wedding images was important to them. We brainstormed and came up with some great ideas for their Death Valley elopement portraits! I can’t wait for you to see them!
Death Valley Elopement
Lindsay and Justin tied the knot outside the Oasis at Death Valley. It was seriously gorgeous and with a cellist from Premiere Wedding Music performing, the atmosphere was just so special and romantic. Lindsay wore the most beautiful gown and she and Justin were able to say their vows for their closest family and friends during their Death Valley elopement ceremony.
After Lindsay and Justin said their “I dos”, we headed out on an adventure to Zabriskie Point. There, we captured some of their wedding portraits with all of the valley behind them. It was stunning. As the sun was setting and we headed back down, we stopped at Artist Palette for more sunset portraits. Lindsay’s uncle even came with us and turned out to be the best assistant I could have asked for!
Microweddings and elopements don’t have to feel small and tiny – they can be as much (or as little) as you dream. I loved how important the portraits in the valley were to Lindsay and Justin. It gave us something beautiful and creative to do to celebrate their nuptials!
Congratulations again, Lindsay and Justin!!
