The Smith Center for the Performing Arts Wedding

Shelley and Jimmy had a beautiful spring wedding – and close to their one year anniversary, I’m so excited to be sharing this day with you now! After their downtown Las Vegas engagement session, I couldn’t wait for their The Smith Center for the Performing Arts – I knew it was going to be stunning! And I was right. From the moment I joined Shelley where she got ready to the end of the night, Shelley and Jimmy’s wedding day was a magical day!

I began the day with Shelley and her bridesmaids as they began to prep for the wedding. Everyone was having such a good time helping her prepare to see Jimmy for their first look! But, before she could meet with Jimmy, she wanted to have a first look with her dad. I truly love those moments – they’re always so special for the bride and her father! And this one didn’t disappoint. Shelley’s dad had the sweetest reaction before wishing his daughter luck as she went to meet her almost husband.

Talking about sweet reactions, Jimmy was so happy to see his bride-to-be! And he was stunned – who wouldn’t be?! After giving them a few minutes together, we walked around the streets for some romantic portraits of Shelley and Jimmy. Their happiness was just unreal. You could feel how excited they were – and how much they love each other! That’s what wedding days are all about!!

After a sweet ceremony at church, it was time for the party! Shelley and Jimmy got to peek at the setup in the Smith Center for the Performing Arts before their guests. They were blown away!! The reception space was truly beautiful – filled with green and ivory details for the party. As the night wore on, everyone danced and celebrated the newlyweds. It was such an honor to capture every moment of their night together! Congratulations, you two! I hope you’re still just as happy as you were a year ago!!!
